Alerting

Alert channels

Configure as many channels as you need. We de-duplicate by signature, correlate cascades into a single alert, and let you route by severity.

Add a channel from the dashboard

Go to Dashboard → Alerts and pick a channel. Paste a webhook URL or a phone number, and Denpex does the rest.

Supported channels

Slack

Post to any channel via an incoming webhook. The agent creates a Slack message with root cause, classification, and the exact fix inline.

PagerDuty

Severity-mapped incidents straight onto the on-call schedule. Hardware failures → high; software failures → low.

SMS (Twilio)

For 3am failures. Short message: the originating rank, the failure type, and a deep link to the dashboard.

iMessage

Native push for teams that run on Apple hardware. Same content as SMS.

Email

SendGrid-backed. Full diagnosis with diff against last successful run, if available.

Webhook

Generic POST to any URL. Payload: failure type, confidence, root cause, fix, originating rank. Sign with your secret.

Severity and quiet hours

Each channel can be configured with a minimum severity (info / warning / critical) and quiet hours (e.g. 9pm–8am only critical). On Team+ you can also route by ownership — failures on jobs owned by a specific team go to that team's channel, not a shared inbox.
