Copyright complaints

Denpex respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material stored or shared through Denpex infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to our copyright contact. We may remove or disable access to material while we review a complete notice.

What a notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the notice covers multiple works.
3. Identification of the material claimed to infringe, including enough location information for us to find it.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that identifies the removed material and its prior location, includes your physical or electronic signature and contact details, and states under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification. It must also state that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and will accept service of process from the original notice sender or that sender's agent.

We may provide a valid counter-notice to the original sender and restore the material after the period specified by applicable law unless the sender tells us it has filed an action seeking a court order against the user.

Repeat infringement

Denpex may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners when those measures meet the requirements of applicable law.
