Refund Policy

Scoped to match Terms of Service section 6 (metered usage + price protection):

Base subscription: refundable within 7 days of the initial subscription for unresolved technical issues.
Consumed metered overage (GPU-hours already used) is non-refundable — the monitoring has already been delivered.
Annual subscriptions: may be cancelled with 30-day notice; the refund is pro-rated for the unused portion of the base subscription only. Consumed overage is excluded from the pro-rated refund.

Price Protection (Grandfathering)

Existing subscribers keep their base rate, included GPU-hours, and per-GPU-hour overage rate in effect when they subscribed for as long as the subscription stays continuously active on the same plan. List-price increases apply to new subscriptions and to voluntary plan changes only; they never apply retroactively to a price-protected subscription. This mirrors the engine's legacy_flat grandfather flag (BILL-04) and the pricing-page price-protection line (PRICE-10).
